I began my teaching career in 2008 at The Art Institute in Austin while finishing my MBA at LeTourneau University. I returned to Ai under the administration of Peggy Blum in 2011 and taught while my future husband finished culinary school.

Intermittently I continue to adjunct with ETBU via their online business program while simultaneously raising my family and helping with my family’s personal business: Bodacious Bar-B-Q Mobberly & Gladewater.
