I began my teaching career in 2008 at The Art Institute in Austin while finishing my MBA at LeTourneau University. I returned to Ai under the administration of Peggy Blum in 2011 and taught while my future husband finished culinary school.
My teaching career continued at LeTourneau University and East Texas Baptist University under my mentors Dr. Scott Ray and Dr. Ken Fairweather from 2011. Intermittently I continue to adjunct with ETBU via their online business program while simultaneously raising my family and helping with my family’s personal business:
Bodacious Bar-B-Q Mobberly & Gladewater.
